Start off with a relaxing and restorative yoga class to help improve flexibility, joint mobility, and deepen your sense of mindfulness along with the benefits of salt therapy! During savasana , Natalie will put a couple acupuncture pins in you to get an even deeper relaxation, calm your nervous system, and balance your body’s meridian system. You’ll leave more balanced, grounded, and ready to handle whatever comes your way!

Join Sierra and Natalie for a Yin Yoga and acupuncture collab in our salt room! Start off with a relaxing and restorative yoga class to help improve flexibility, joint mobility, and deepen your sense of mindfulness along with the benefits of salt therapy! Throughout this class you’ll hold different poses anywhere between 2-5 minutes at a time, allowing your body to gently release any tension or stress within it. During savasana , Natalie will put a couple acupuncture pins in you to get an even deeper relaxation, calm your nervous system, and balance your body’s meridian system. You’ll leave more balanced, grounded, and ready to handle whatever comes your way!
