It’s always helpful to arrive early, roll out your mat (you can borrow one of ours) sit, relax and maybe make a new friend. We promise that getting yourself there will be the hardest part of all.
The best thing about a yoga class is everyone is just concentrating on themselves and doing their own thing - it’s a great example of being in a public space but also being invisible at the same time.
