A few helpful tips as you make your New Year's Resolutions!

2) Select specific small goals that are measurable over short periods of time, like 1 week. Reward yourself for reaching these milestones.
3) Select a goals that you are confident that you can obtain.
4) Set positive goals. They are more successfully met than goals of avoiding behaviors.
