Welcome to Anew Healing! The heart is at the center of all that we do. As a client you will be heard, seen and cared for in a loving and nurturing way.

We offer many modalities including Acupuncture & Chinese medicine and energy work. Reiki classes too! Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine is a wonderful medicine that has been around for 5,000 years. We also offer other Holistic and Alternative therapies.

Happy Full Moon in Libra. The zodiac sign of long term relationships, marriage, balance, themes of justice and matters of the heart and how we are caring for our bodies since it’s ruled by Venus. How are we experiencing this life?

Sometimes we need to find space throughout our day to process our feelings, so our spirit doesn’t wake us up at night or they come up unexpectedly.

We don’t always have the capacity to schedule a time to process or carve out space intentionally during our day so we have to take opportunities to do it naturally when there is space.

What are you releasing with this full moon? What is one thing you can change about how you relate to yourself?

Hey sis. Hey brother. I know what it’s like to not be vulnerable. To hide things from the world and those we love because the “thing” makes us feel ashamed.

To be able to see ourselves is a privilege. All of us. To see the shadow and light. We all have shadow just by way of being human. Then we are born into cultures with shadow, unhealed families with their own shadow, religious affiliations with more shadow and depending on our gender we carry all the unhealed parts of just being a man or woman.

I’m a Shadow Worker, still working through my own shadows but approaching them with ease, grace, gratitude and compassion. We have to face it, move through the uncomfortable and trust we’ll come out on the other side every-time!!

Cupping is a branch of the modalities practiced in Chinese Medicine.

Many cultures have been practicing this modality for thousands of years on different continents from different socio-economic backgrounds to help with pain relief, prevent colds, remove toxins and poisons from the body and help bring back circulation to areas riddled with pain.

Fire cupping is one of my favorite types of cupping. I feel so much relief immediately!

Happy New Moon in Pisces! Not sure if anyone else is feeling all the feels but I thought what a better time to introduce this loving connection and opportunity within community - to start something new- to do something good for self and to love on the organ systems that do so much for us regularly!!!

It’s been a couple years since I have done this for self and in community but I feel it’s the right time to do it again. The wood element engenders the fire element - the liver and gallbladder help the heart. As we are approaching Spring, and movement begins again and the year of the Fire Horse why not unblock anything stuck in the way of us truly connecting with our hearts?

I love leading with my heart!!!! It’s the only way I want to lead, I choose to lead.
