Out-of-state interests wanted to repeal Certificate of Need, which would have flooded the state with providers serving only the wealthiest people. Delegate Mike Pushkin said “no,” and he’ll be there for the people of Kanawha County when those profiteers try it again. Thank you, Delegate Pushkin!
