Precision matters, especially on a petite frame ✨

For this patient, who is 4’11” and 100 lbs, every decision was carefully tailored to create a balanced, natural looking full B-cup that complements her proportions. When working with a smaller frame, profile, volume, and placement all play an important role.

We selected Motiva Round Demi implants for a soft, natural slope through the upper pole. To address natural asymmetry, slightly different volumes were used, 230cc on one side and 245cc on the other, creating improved balance and symmetry.

A dual plane technique allowed for a smooth transition in the upper portion of the breast while supporting a natural shape in the lower curve. The goal is always for the implants to look like they belong to the body, not sit on top of it.

On petite patients, subtle adjustments make a significant difference. Thoughtful planning leads to results that feel proportional, refined, and uniquely suited to the individual.
