Exciting news from Texas! 🎉

Williamson County is launching a Multisystemic Therapy program this November, bringing evidence-based, home-centered care to youth and families in their community. https://hubs.ly/Q03Whg3d0

With $1.2M in state funding, they're keeping families together while addressing behavioral challenges where it matters most—at home and in schools.

The impact? Research shows up to 70% reduction in youth arrests and 50% fewer out-of-home placements.

Proud to see communities investing in proven, family-focused interventions. https://hubs.ly/Q03WhcKG0

Williamson County is launching a new, research-based program designed to keep youth safely in their homes and communities rather than entering the juvenile justice or child welfare systems.

This Thanksgiving, we’re grateful for the families, providers, and partners who make lasting change possible.

At MST Services, we see the impact of dedication every day — in families who work to rebuild connection, in communities that choose prevention over placement, and in professionals who believe that change is always possible.

Thank you for all you do to strengthen families and transform systems of care.

Wishing everyone a wonderful Thanksgiving!

Our Results

MST keeps adolescents who have exhibited serious clinical problems—drug abuse, violence, severe emotional disturbance—at home, in school and out of trouble.

MST is a scientifically proven intervention for at-risk youth. Therapists work in the home, school and community and are on call 24/7 to provide caregivers with the tools they need to transform the lives of troubled youth. Research demonstrates that MST reduces criminal activity and other undesirable behavior. At the close of treatment, 87% of youth have no arrests.

MST currently operates in 34 states and 15 countries with 2,500+ clinicians. Over 200,000 families have been positively impacted by MST.

With 70+ studies, MST features the largest body of evidence, by far, of successful interventions for high risk youth.
