I have a new studio in Charleston at the historic Navy Yard in N Chas. It's an amazing new- old school- community. Kinda like the yoga community i am building there.

And we are having a ball loving and taking care of ourselves!!

What have I been up to since the close of our beloved Bendy Brewski Yoga?? 🐘

OPENING A STUDIO! After 15 years..we now have a brick and mortar space for practices and community building. Pinch me.

Dwell Somatic Studio is located at the super cool historic Navy Yard CHS in North Charleston / Park Circle. Makes perfect sense- this has been my families neighborhood since i was in Yoga Teacher Training in 2010.

The studio is sweet and small- just right for 8 mats (which are provided for you..and boy are they nice! ) I am leading Yin Yoga and my all time favorite, Clinical Somatic Exercise. Five group classes a week, just me, your dedicated teacher. I'm also seeing private clients, special occasion groups-bridal parties-and hosting really fun retreats, workshops and community events!

It has been a wonderful and nearly perfect ride these last 14 years. As close to heaven as could get!
