Lately, I’ve been reflecting on the different types of restlessness we feel.

Some are beautiful. They move us to create, explore, and express.

But others feel heavier. Emotional and disorienting. Especially for those of us who are empathic or highly sensitive.

I’ve realized that not all restlessness is about energy that needs to move…
Sometimes it’s emotion asking to be felt.

Your restlessness might be a clue to pause and listen to your body and heart.
