What will your SELF-YES moment be today?
True story :: Today, at 6 am, I woke-up and asked "What do I want to do to start my day off?" The big word in that question is "I". Not what my husband may want from me. Or my work. Or my business partner.
I listened and the clear answer was "walk the beach". And this, my friend, became my moment for today.

"You are allowed to feel all the things all at once." Noteworthy interview with Nora McInerny on NPR about her podcast on the real life stuff we all usually try to avoid.

Host Nora McInerny isn't interested in small talk. When someone asks "How are you?" is the answer really "I'm fine"? Her show explores death, loss and trauma — and yet somehow is still full of laughs.
