This past year invited me to listen more closely.
To slow down.
To notice where my nervous system feels most at home. 🌿

Charleston has been sacred ground for me.
2021 — opening Vibrant Chiropractic taught me how to trust myself.
2022 — I learned how to hold space for real healing.
2023 — the practice became a community, a rhythm, a place of safety.
2024 — gratitude deepened for every body, every story, every moment of connection.

And then the mountains began to whisper.

The mountains offered something different—
more quiet,
more breath,
more space to listen.

2025 — I’m answering that call.
Starting over in Brevard, NC.
Letting Vibrant Chiropractic take root in the mountains.

There is a steadiness here.
A groundedness that feels like home in my body.
This move isn’t about leaving—it’s about aligning.

Charleston shaped me.
Brevard is calling me forward.

With so much reverence for what was
and so much excitement for what’s unfolding.
