When your nervous system can shift smoothly between these states, that’s when your labor progresses, and recovery is smooth. When it’s stuck in stress mode, things can stall out during delivery or even fail to start.

Did you know all of these challenges can be linked together? At Lighthouse Family Chiropractic, we call this cascade of events, “The Perfect Storm.” 🌪️

From prenatal stress to birth trauma, to developmental delays, chronic illness, anxiety, and depression… One thing can and does lead to another!
