James Island Wellness Festival is almost here, and The Flow Co Yoga & Wellness is bringing an incredible lineup of classes to the festival stage alongside the powerhouse community at Hot Girl Cycle.

From grounding yoga flows to high-energy rides, this lineup was designed to move you, energize you, and celebrate what our wellness community does best… show up and glow together.
