Learn to fly and go upside down as we break down arm balancing and inverting postures. This workshop will focus on foundational techniques, bio-mechanics and strength-building flows so you gain the confidence to play on your mat.

Postures will be broken down, allowing time to workshop the mechanics and progressions of the postures. Come prepared for core and upper body work to build the foundation for arm balances and inversions. Using asanas, breath work, props and some laughter, you will gain the confidence to fly.
