February is almost here and I couldn’t be more excited to share some new workshops with all of you and welcome in new clients for holistic life coaching using the principles of Ayurveda, herbal medicine and yoga therapy to support you on your healing journey!
Monday classes at Platform, A Conscious Studio in Mount Pleasant are growing. Every Monday, I lead a guided meditation designed to help you drop deeper into your body and subconscious than ever before starting at 4:30pm followed by Kundalini for all at 5:30pm.
Donation-based Kundalini Potluck offerings:

2/16 Platform 5-7 pm (Donations support Charleston Animal Society)
