Rest is not a reward. It’s a requirement.
When we slow down, the nervous system shifts out of survival mode and into a state where healing, repair, and balance can actually happen. This is where bodywork becomes powerful not by forcing release, but by creating safety in the body.
Taking time to rest supports better sleep, clearer thinking, and a more connected relationship with your body.
