If your hips feel tight, heavy, or restricted, there’s usually more going on than just muscle tension.

The hips are a central hub for movement and stability, and they’re deeply influenced by stress, posture, and the nervous system. Over time, the body learns to hold here—especially when we’re rushing, bracing, or sitting for long periods.

Thai bodywork works with the hips through slow, supported movement rather than force. This allows the body to feel safe enough to release, improving mobility while calming the nervous system.

Healing doesn’t have to be aggressive. Sometimes, it starts with softening.
