We would like to officially announce the temporary closure of our Mattoon location with the last day open to patients as 4/29/2026.
We have made the decision to have our offices join back together in the new, state of the art building that our Charleston staff moved into back in November.
We do plan to return to Mattoon in the future once a fourth provider joins the Lifetime Eye Care team.
This was not an easy decision but we look forward to seeing all our amazing patients in Charleston.
The Mattoon phone number will remain active and will transfer all calls to Charleston.
