We were honored to have Dr. Sonja Olgretree Satani as our guest speaker last Thursday, October 23rd at our chapter meeting. The topic was "From Overwhelmed to Aligned: Creating Balance with Work, Life, and ABWA". Sharing from her personal experience of wearing numerous hats, Dr. Santani provided invaluable tips on how to successfully balance your obligations, limit those obligations to only those that align with your values and goals and finding your mandatory downtime. Dr. Sonya is running for SC State House District 98. On November 4th, vote for her for a brighter future for all.
