Do you have a "Pit" or a "Puff"?

Many people do not understand the importance of the lymphatic system. It is a large part of your immune system.

Imagine what would happen if the septic system in your house got clogged, and every time you flushed your toilet, it just came back up and ran onto your floors. That is what happens when you don't take care of your lymphatic system.

Women have an increased chance of having issues because of wearing tight clothing, like bras.

Our lymphatic system sits right under our skin. If you have had surgeries or have scar tissue, you are at a greater risk of having issues.

If you experience a lot of swelling or have a "Puff" instead of a "PIT" in your underarm, you may have drainage problems.

Things you can do to help improve drainge is to stay well hydrated with mineral-rich water, gentle rebounding (bouncing on a mini trampoline), using a vibration plate, walking, and deep breathing.

Having a lymphatic massage or doing manual lymphatic drainage are both extremely beneficial.

We’ve been taught to see symptoms as the problem.

Headache? Take something.
Anxiety? Take something.
Pain? Suppress it.

Conventional medicine often focuses on managing symptoms quickly — and in many situations, that can be incredibly helpful and even life-saving. But symptoms are also the body’s way of communicating. They’re signals, not just inconveniences.

When we only quiet the signal without asking why it’s happening, the underlying imbalance can remain. Sometimes it shows up later in a different way… leading to more medications and more frustration.

A holistic approach asks a different question:
✨ What is your body trying to tell you?
✨ Where is the root cause?
✨ How can we support the body so it can restore balance?

Healing holistically isn’t always instant. In fact, sometimes symptoms temporarily intensify as the body processes and clears what’s been stored. That can feel uncomfortable — but it’s often part of the repair process.

Quick fixes have their place. But long-term wellness comes from addressing the root, not just silencing the signal.
