Grace is a licensed massage therapist, reiki practitioner, yoga teacher, and peristeam facilitator whose work focuses on the relationship between the nervous system, intentional touch, and whole-person wellness.

With more than a decade of experience in somatic healing, movement practices, and energy work, Grace approaches bodywork with both clinical awareness and intuitive care. Her sessions are designed to help release tension, restore balance, and create space for clients to reconnect with their bodies.

In the Charleston wellness community, Grace is also known for facilitating ecstatic dance and ceremonial experiences that encourage people to slow down and reconnect. That same grounded presence carries into every treatment she offers.
