I sprained my rotator cuff after a fall down stairs and landing on my shoulder. After hoping and praying for natural healing without surgery and after not seeking any professional treatment for approximately 10 months I was encouraged to explore massage therapy with Claibourn’s Wellness and Massage. Following through with that recommendation and having Yolanda as my massage therapist was the best decision I could have made. Yolanda was very knowledgeable of my type injury in addition to being very current on new massage therapy techniques to accelerate one’s healing. In short, I felt immediate relief after the first session and was able to compete in a golf tournament without experiencing any discomfort after a short two months of treatment. Now, I am sold that on-going massage therapy is a way of life for me and will become a part of my monthly budget. If you’re in need of a massage therapist, I highly recommend Yolanda with Claibourn’s Wellness and Massage.
