Okay, it’s time to brag on one of our own. Meet Megan DuPont 💛

Megan has been part of The Mindful Body family for over 15 years (yep, 15!), and she’ll be the first to tell you this studio is her home away from home. The people, the movement, the community—it’s carried her through both the best and hardest seasons of life.

Why does she love teaching? Simple. She loves helping people. And if you’ve ever taken a class with Megan, you know that’s true. She has a way of meeting you exactly where you are and making sure you leave feeling better than when you walked in. 🌿

She’s not just a Senior Pilates + GYROTONIC® Instructor; she’s also a Classical Pilates Education Teacher Trainer, helping guide the next generation of teachers with the same care and intention she brings to her clients.

Don’t be misled by how an exercise looks.

Joseph Pilates believed the work should be felt, not performed for show. Upper-body strengthening exercises on the Reformer may appear simple, yet they require precision, control, and deep awareness to be truly effective.
