✨ It's Meet the Team Monday! Meet Garrett! He’s one of our incredible therapists here at Connections Counseling Center.

Garrett’s warm, collaborative style gives clients the space to explore who they are and who they want to become. He specializes in Depression, Anxiety & Stress, Trauma recovery, and Grief, and is pursuing advanced training to serve couples. Grounded in psychoanalytic concepts and drawing from a range of therapeutic approaches, Garrett works with clients to address the root causes of emotional and relational struggles. He supports clients in processing difficult emotions, strengthening self-esteem, and transforming insight into meaningful action.

Fun fact: 🏈🧑🍳 Garrett spends his Saturdays meal prepping and watching his favorite football team, the Carolina Gamecocks!

Natalie is passionate about treating depression, anxiety, PTSD and trauma, and life transitions, and offers play-based therapy for children in a developmentally appropriate and engaging way. Natalie is also LGBTQIA+ affirming, committed to providing an inclusive environment where all identities are seen, supported, and celebrated.

Fun fact: 📚 Natalie puts the term bookworm to shame! As of this moment, Natalie is reading her 57th book of the year! Wow! That's impressive!
