💼 Sara – Co-Owner & CFO
Sara helps guide the big picture for our clinic, managing finances and supporting the continued growth of our team and services.

📋 Casey – Administrative Assistant
Casey keeps the day-to-day details organized, helping the clinic stay on track and making sure everything runs smoothly.

📅 Ivy – Office Coordinator & Scheduler
Ivy works closely with families to coordinate schedules and keep appointments running efficiently for both staff and clients. She's who you'll see at the front desk and often who you'll talk to on the phone!

🤝 Michelle – Authorizations Coordinator & Parent Advocate
Michelle helps families navigate the authorization process and serves as a supportive advocate for parents along the way. Need IEP support? Michelle is your gal!

💳 Lina – Billing Administrator
Lina manages billing and insurance processes to help make the financial side of services as smooth as possible for families.

This team works tirelessly behind the scenes to support our staff, families, and clients every single day. We’re so grateful for everything they do! 💙

She works with children to strengthen communication skills, helping them find their voice and connect with the world around them.

🖐 Belle – Occupational Therapist
She supports children in building independence through play, movement, and everyday skills that help them succeed at home, school, and beyond.

⭐ Danita – COTA
She brings creativity and encouragement to each session, helping children practice important motor and daily living skills in fun and engaging ways.

Behind every goal reached and every small victory celebrated are the amazing RBTs who show up each day ready to support our clients.

We’re proud to have Kennedy, Nia, Jay, and Sean working with our families in the clinic, at home, and in schools to help children grow, build skills, and reach meaningful goals.

Our RBTs bring patience, creativity, and so much encouragement to every session. Whether they’re celebrating a new word, a successful transition, or a big confidence boost, they are there every step of the way.

🧠 Sam - Co-Owner, Clinic Director, and BCBA, she leads our clinic with a passion for helping children and families thrive. As both the owner and clinic director, she works closely with our team to ensure high-quality care and meaningful progress for every client.

Shavon is dedicated to supporting each child’s unique needs and strengths. She works closely with families and staff to create supportive environments where kids can learn, grow, and succeed.

🌟 Holly – BCBA-C
Holly brings knowledge, compassion, and creativity to her work with clients and families. She focuses on building strong skills and helping children reach important developmental milestones.
