“Charleston native; born with saltwater running through my veins! The ocean has always been my RESET. They say a reset is about embracing a positive attitude towards change and finding opportunities for personal growth even in the hardest of times. A reset allows us the opportunity to make improvements in our daily life in any shape or form we choose, at any pace we desire.

I have always been extremely interested in anatomy and physiology, the connection between the body and mind and discovering NATURAL ways to facilitate healing. This intrigue led me to massage therapy. After completing my initial massage training, I began working with a private clientele on Kiawah island where I spent 15+ years helping people achieve physical and emotional wellness through therapeutic massage.

I have been trained in a wide variety of modalities, ranging from cupping therapy, ashiatsu, stretching and beyond and I specialize in integrating trigger point therapy, myofascial release and deep tissue techniques to help with a variety of conditions from orthopedic to neurological and chronic pain.

I am so excited to join this incredible group of women. I hope to offer a place where you can fully RESET, body and mind. ✨
