HAPPENING TOMORROW, Saturday 11.15!!

Join us for Scorpio Season COVEN CRAFT at Anahata Yoga Charleston Saturday November 15th from 6-830pm doors open at 5 for first come, first serve Tarot Card Readings from Annie O and Amber …

So what is Coven Craft? Annie O Love and Amber of the have joined forces for the collab where we will be using our bodies as our central point of focus for creating some spellwork. We will be starting off with a cacao ceremony to really open up our hearts, preparing us for movement where will also set intentions for the practice through tarot and meditation. Annie will then lead us in a 45 minute vinyasa flow followed by 45 minutes of sensual somatic movement brought to us by Amber, all set to a wild and spellbounding soundtrack complete with foggy shadowworking vibes. The final 15 mins will be dedicated to a super long savanna with hands on reiki provided by Amber & Annie.

Hi, I’m Lauren 😊 I teach Yummy Yin on Thursday 7:15-8:30p & Restorative Refresh every other Sunday 6-7:30p.

Fun facts:
Local since forever, born & raised in Charleston.
Any beach is my favorite place to be. Besides my yoga mat, I am most content when surrounded by water.
Lover of all things music 🤘🏼♥️🎶

Surfers Healing Folly Beach is my favorite day of the year! 2025 is my 11th year volunteering.
I took my 1st yoga class 14 years ago! 💪🏼

Favorite yoga pose: Half-moon b/c it makes me feel strong, open, and balanced. All things that I hope to feel every day. But my go to pose for the gram is Tree or Peaceful Warrior.

I’d say my teaching style is calm & subtle, with some good tunes. I love the space Yin Yoga creates in the body & mind. I know a lot of people see Yin as not being an advanced practice, but I beg to differ. I have learned more about myself holding Lizard lunge for 5 minutes than I ever have from doing 100 chaturangas 🫠 iykyk! When we learn how to sit with & breathe through our edge on our mats, we can take that awareness & knowledge off our mats and use it every day.
