ONLY A FEW SPOTS LEFT SO SIGN UP NOW!!

Time to remember who loves you the most, YOUR HEART!! And so in this workshop, we will tap into this inner source of love that is our own precious heart!! We will start off this self love celebration with a heart opening cacao ceremony, then we will get into our bodies through movement with an Annie O Love specially curated self love vinyasa flow that will flow into a gentle restorative self love sesh with a guided meditation from Jenni and hands on reiki from Annie. And once we have fully connected to our hearts and this inner love we enjoy a self love sweet treat smorgasbord with cookies, all the chocolate covered things, and more all provided from Annie O Love’s Cafe.

HAPPENING SATURDAY!!!

Join us for COVEN CRAFT at Anahata Yoga Charleston Saturday February 7th from 5-730pm, doors open at 430!!! We will be “Tapping into our own Inner Empress” 👑

And there is LITERALLY ONLY A HANDFUL OF SPOTS still open so sign up today!!

So what is Coven Craft? Annie O Love and Amber of the have joined forces for the collab where we will be using our bodies as our central point of focus for creating some spellwork. We will be starting off with a cacao ceremony to really open up our hearts, preparing us for movement where will also set intentions for the practice through connection and meditation. Annie will then lead us in a 45 minute vinyasa flow followed by 45 minutes of sensual somatic movement brought to us by Amber, all set to a wild and spellbounding soundtrack complete with fog and spooky vibes. The final 15 mins will be dedicated to a super long savanna with hands on reiki provided by Amber & Annie.

This is a women’s only event, sorry guys.
