GOOD NEWS — Friday and Saturday are looking great for beach yoga on Folly Beach!
Come soak up some sunshine, breathe in the ocean air, and play in the sand with us.

📍 6th West, Folly Beach (Charleston, SC)

🧣Please remember to bring layers — socks and a blanket are always a good idea if you want to stay extra cozy during our morning beach yoga practice.

🎁 I’ll also have STY hoodies, tanks, hats, and oils with me if you’re interested — perfect for holiday gifts or stocking stuffers.

Looking forward to practicing together on the beach again 🤍
