We’re bringing yoga all over the beaches — from slow Folly mornings to IOP sunsets, plus a Full Moon flow you won’t want to miss 🤍

We are so excited to be back at Breach!! Make sure to bring layers, it can get cooler as the sun goes down. The parking lot at bridge is still closed, so you will need to park on the Sullivans Island side and walk across the bridge or find a parking in the neighborhood.

We’re popping up on the beach this Thursday for a grounding flow — a space to move, breathe, and reconnect before the weekend.

Class Cost:
As always, we welcome all levels and ages to join our yoga classes, which are offered on a donation basis. Our mission is to keep yoga accessible to everyone while also honoring the dedication of our teachers. We kindly ask that you contribute what you can, with a suggested donation of $10-$20.

Bring a mat or a towel, water, and whatever helps you feel at ease.

Hope you’re enjoying your weekend! Sunday is looking beautiful, but the rest of the week is a little questionable. Let’s take advantage of the sunshine while we have it, and we’ll keep an eye on the weather as the week unfolds. Hopefully the temps warm back up soon.

As always, all levels + all ages are welcome. Our classes are offered on a donation basis to keep yoga accessible to everyone while also honoring our dedicated teachers. Suggested donation is $10–$20 — please give what you can.
