Confusion gets a bad reputation like it means you don’t know what to do

but most of the time… you do

It just doesn’t match what you want the answer to be, or it asks you to do something uncomfortable, or it goes against what you’ve been told makes sense.

So your mind starts looping, trying to find a different answer that feels easier to accept. That’s where the “confusion” comes from…not a lack of clarity, but a lack of trust.
