I wrote this poem on the way home from Ireland, before I had language for what that place stirred in me. I didnโt know yet that I would one day return to host retreats there. I just knew something in me felt cracked open. Like the land itself was gently reminding me of parts of myself I had forgotten how to listen to.
Ireland has a way of doing that, teaching you how to hold uncertainty and wisdom at the same time. It invites you to slow down, to feel, to remember that connection doesnโt end where we think it does. With the people we love. With ourselves. With those who are no longer physically here.
Looking back, this poem feels like a quiet calling. One I didnโt fully understand at the time, but trusted enough to keep listening.
That listening became Nurturing Our Connections.
A retreat in Ireland from created for healing grief and intuitive development. For learning how to nurture connection with those living and beyond, in a way that feels grounded, safe, and deeply human.
If this poem speaks to something in you, you may already be hearing your own call!
Iโd love to connect with you about it. You can book a discovery call with the link in my bio to see if this retreat is the right fit for where you are right now.
