When Elisa starting practicing yoga, she felt called to help others experience the benefits she witnessed in herself. She believes that what you experience on the mat correlates to what you experience in life; putting a focus on presence, observance and the power of breath when navigating different poses. She's drawn to a practice that is strong, rewarding and balanced.
