Join Emily Combias on May 31st from 11:30–1:30 PM for the Rooted & Regulated Workshop 🪴🧘🏼♀️
Here’s what to expect:
We’ll start with a brief, easy-to-understand educational session on how stress affects your nervous system and hormones, and your overall well-being.
Then we move into practice → Gentle, restorative yoga (no experience needed), breathwork to regulate your system & yoga nidra for deep, full-body rest
The workshop will close with journaling, reflection, and open Q&A so you can integrate what you learned and leave feeling both grounded and informed.
You’ll walk away with a better understanding of your body, tools you can actually use in your daily life, and a noticeable shift in how you feel.

$30 for members, $35 for non-members
Bring a mat, journal, and something to write with.
