Healing after a heart attack isn’t something you have to figure out alone. ❤️

Your body goes through a lot, and small, supportive choices, like how you eat, can make a big difference over time. Here are a few gentle, heart-healthy food tips to help guide you after a heart attack. Always check in with your doctor or care team to find what’s right for you.

🍊 Choose whole fruit instead of juice because it has more fiber
🥦 Aim to fill half your plate with veggies
🍳 Cook vegetables by sautéing or simmering without added salt, sugar, or excess fat
