Spring can feel like a fresh start, but if that winter weight isn’t coming off as easily as you expected, you’re definitely not alone. 🌷💐🌹🌼

A mix of seasonal habits, stress, sleep changes, and even biology can make it stick around, especially if you’re living with a cardiometabolic condition. The good news is you don’t need anything extreme. Small, consistent changes in sleep, movement, portions, and stress can really add up over time.

In recognition of National Infertility Awareness Week (NIAW), we’re resharing a powerful conversation between Barbara Collura, former President and CEO of RESOLVE: The National Infertility and Family Building Association, and Ashley Jones, WLM Community Voice.

Together, they explore the realities of infertility with honesty and compassion—breaking down common myths, sharing what support can truly look like, and highlighting how RESOLVE helps individuals and couples build their families.

We’re also excited to continue our partnership with RESOLVE under the leadership of new CEO Danielle Melfi, as they expand support for the infertility and family-building community.

Clinical trials and research only work when they reflect real people and real lives. It’s not just about data, it’s about people sharing their experiences to help move research forward.

Clinical trials can offer:

➡️ Access to new potential treatments before they’re widely available
➡️ Closer monitoring and support from care teams
➡️ Regular updates and alerts to keep participants informed throughout the study
➡️ The chance to contribute to research that may help others in the future

“I thought it was anxiety… until I learned it was the MS Hug.”

For many people living with Multiple Sclerosis, the MS Hug feels like a tight, squeezing sensation around the ribs, sometimes lasting minutes, sometimes hours or longer. It can be uncomfortable, confusing, and easy to mistake for something else.

Talking about symptoms like this helps others recognize what they’re feeling and feel less alone.

Have you experienced the MS Hug? What did it feel like for you? Share below ⤵

It’s easy to feel like you’re the only one caring for a loved one, that no one really understands what you’re going through.

But over time, you start to see there’s a whole world of people walking a similar path, each with their own story, yet so much that connects you.

Sometimes, just knowing you’re not alone is enough to make all the difference. 🌍✨

Lately you might be thinking: “Is this just life right now… or is something changing?”

Perimenopause can show up in subtle (and not-so-subtle) ways—shifts in mood, sleep, energy, and even how you feel in your own body. And it’s not always easy to tell what’s “you” and what’s hormones.

If things feel a little off, you’re not imagining it, and you’re definitely not alone 💗 Join WomenLikeMe.com to hear from others managing perimenopause.

When someone says they’re not okay, it’s hard to know what to say, but the right questions can make them feel seen, not alone.

If someone opens up about living with Major Depressive Disorder (MDD), you don’t need to say the perfect thing, you just need presence, curiosity, and care. Save this for the moments that matter 🫶
