You’re meant to be supported by it—including your home.
This is the work I do inside my Akashic + KUA readings.
If you’re ready to feel more aligned, I’d love to work with you 🤍

🌎 Earth Month is Feng Shui, too.
We often think of Earth Month as reducing waste—
less plastic, less toxins, less harm.
But through the lens of Feng Shui…
✨ it’s about restoring flow
✨ creating harmony
✨ and being intentional with the energy we invite into our homes
Because energy (chi) doesn’t start at your front door—
it begins outside.
And what you bring into your home matters just as much as what surrounds it.
Here are 3 simple ways to align your space this Earth Month:
1. Clear the path
Your entryway is the mouth of chi—how energy finds you.
Sweep, declutter, and remove anything broken or blocking flow.
2. Bring life forward 🌱
Plants, herbs, flowers—living energy invites more of the same.
Even one pot near your door can shift the entire feel of your space.
3. Refine what you bring inside
This is where Earth Month meets everyday living.
The products you use in your home carry energy.
Choosing refillable, non-toxic, plant-based options doesn’t just support the earth…
It creates a cleaner, calmer, more balanced home.

At , this is exactly what we stand for:
✨ reducing plastic + microplastics
✨ non-toxic, plant-based ingredients
✨ refillable systems that simplify sustainable living
Because a balanced home isn’t just how it looks—
it’s how it feels.
This Earth Month, you don’t need to do everything.
Just start where energy already meets you…
right outside your door.

The full moon in Aries is here—and while astrology calls it bold, fiery, and action-driven…
in feng shui, we feel this as energy that wants to move 🔥
When energy (chi) gets stuck in the home, it often shows up as:
• procrastination
• overwhelm
• feeling off, but not knowing why
This moon is your invitation to shift that.
Not with a full overhaul—
but with one intentional change.
Open a window.
Clear a surface.
Light a candle.
Create movement → shift energy → restore balance.
Your home is always speaking to you…
this is a beautiful time to listen 🤍
✨ Save this for your spring reset
✨ Follow for more balance in your home + life

Spring cleaning… but make it energetic 🌿
We all know how to clean our homes—
but feng shui invites us to look at why it matters.
Clutter isn’t just physical…
it’s energetic.
It holds onto:
– old versions of you
– unfinished decisions
– stagnant energy that blocks forward movement
So when your space feels heavy, stuck, or overwhelming…
it’s not in your head.
It’s in your environment.
✨ In feng shui, clearing clutter is one of the fastest ways to shift your energy.
Not because your home needs to be perfect—
but because your energy needs room to move.
Think of it like this:
You can’t plant new seeds in soil that’s already overcrowded.
Spring is the season of growth…
but first, we clear.
🌱 Open a drawer
🌱 Clear a corner
🌱 Let go of what no longer feels like you
Small shifts = big movement.
You don’t need to do everything today.
Just start where the energy feels the most stuck.
I’d love to know—
what’s one area of your home that’s ready for a reset?

Today feels like a deep exhale… and a fresh inhale 🌿
I officially stepped into a new chapter—
fully aligned with feng shui + refillery living with
And honestly?
It feels like coming home to myself in a whole new way.
This wasn’t a rushed decision…
it was an energy shift.
The kind where you realize something isn’t wrong—
it’s just no longer aligned.
So instead of forcing… I cleared.
Instead of pushing… I listened.
And now, here we are.
A new season. A new rhythm. A fresh start.
Spring energy is real right now—
and I’m leaning all the way in 🌱
If you’ve been feeling that nudge to shift something in your life…
this is your sign that you’re allowed to.
✨ You’re allowed to evolve
✨ You’re allowed to begin again
✨ You’re allowed to choose alignment over obligation
I would LOVE to know—
what’s one shift you’ve been feeling called to make lately?

Balance doesn’t have to be complicated.
In feng shui, our homes feel best when the five natural elements are present. These elements mirror nature and help energy flow more harmoniously through a space.
You don’t need to redesign your house to invite them in. Often, the smallest details already do the work.
Here’s an easy way to think about them:
🌿 Wood – plants, fresh flowers, wooden furniture
Represents growth and new beginnings.
🔥 Fire – candles, warm lighting, sunlight
Brings warmth, inspiration, and vitality.
🌍 Earth – crystals, pottery, stone, clay
Creates grounding and stability.
⚙️ Metal – metal bowls, frames, bells, wind chimes
Supports clarity and focus.
💧 Water – mirrors, flowing shapes, fountains, water imagery
Encourages ease, flow, and opportunities.
Each area of your home (called a gua) resonates with certain elements that support the energy of that space. But the beautiful part is this:
You’re probably already working with these elements without realizing it.
A cozy lamp.
A plant trailing over a shelf.
A favorite mug of tea.
A crystal that simply feels good to have nearby.
Small touches. Big shifts in how a space feels.
Balance is less about perfection and more about creating a home that supports you.
If you’re curious, I’ll be sharing more about how the elements interact with the different areas of your home in upcoming posts.

Friday the 13th has a reputation for being unlucky…
But historically, 13 was considered a sacred number.
There are 13 lunar cycles in a year.
Many women experience 13 cycles annually as well.
For centuries, the number 13 represented the rhythms of nature, the feminine, and the cycle of renewal.
Somewhere along the way, that story changed.
Today on Substack I’m sharing why I see Friday the 13th as something very different —
a quiet reminder to return to balance and natural rhythms.

Your home absorbs more energy than you think.
Stress. Conversations. Emotions. Even outside environmental noise.
In classical feng shui, one of the simplest ways to reset the energy of a space is called a Salt Water Cure — a small but powerful remedy used to absorb stagnant or heavy energy in the home.
Today on Substack I’m sharing:
• What a salt water cure is
• How to make one
• Where to place it
• How it helps restore balance in your home
It’s one of the easiest ways to begin shifting the energy of your space.

Over the past year, I’ve been doing a lot of reflecting about the direction of my work.
For a long time I talked about wellness. But the more I sat with it, the more I realized that what truly matters to me isn’t chasing wellness… it’s creating balance.
Balance in our homes.
Balance in our environment.
Balance in how we move through life.
Our spaces influence our energy more than we often realize. The way our homes flow, the products we bring into them, and the rhythms we create in our daily lives all shape how supported we feel.
That realization led me to create The Balanced Living Method — a framework centered around restoring balance through feng shui, thoughtful living, and creating non-toxic homes.
I’ve started writing about this journey over on Substack, where I’ll be sharing reflections, practices, and ideas for creating homes and lives that support who we are and who we’re becoming.
If this resonates with you, I’d love to have you there.

Winter is the time for slowing down, connecting with yourself, nature, and the things you care about the most.
Spending the weekends catching up with girlfriends, chatting over tea and bumpy cake, snowshoeing along Lake Michigan… it’s what dreams are made of.
Our phones were away most of the time as we caught up which means less pictures but more time truly connecting.
This was the recharge my soul needed.
