A little update from the studio 🫀

With construction moving in and out of the building and some temporary interruptions to heat, water, and electricity, classes will be a bit hit or miss as the project wraps up. Thank you for your patience as we move through this final stretch. We’re still here, just a little quieter for now, so keep an eye out for updates.

Behind the scenes, we’re preparing for what’s next… and it feels really good ✨

New classes are coming for spring and summer:

Pulse 45
A 45 minute flow designed to be efficient and energizing. A quick warm up, intentional movement, and a short cool down so you can get in, move, and get on with your day feeling grounded and clear.

Pulse Sculpt
A 60 minute flow that blends yoga with light weights and sculpt work. Expect controlled movement, added resistance, and a steady pace that builds strength while staying rooted in breath.

Mat Pilates
A low impact, core focused class designed to strengthen, lengthen, and support the body. Thoughtful, precise movement that builds stability from the inside out.

We’ll also be rolling out on demand classes, available directly through the Momence app, so you can stay connected to your practice wherever you are.

Each one is designed to honor the space, support our students, and keep every mat meaningful

As we move through the final stretch of the building project this spring, our schedule will remain a bit lighter and all class packs will be extended accordingly

we begin each class by setting a quiet intention
a simple anchor to guide your breath and movement

your sankalpa doesn’t need to be loud

just true

As we move through another week together, we’re continuing to navigate ongoing work throughout the building.

There will be no Saturday classes this week as work will be taking place on weekends on and off until the project is complete.

Strong legs. Steady gaze. Open heart.

Warrior II invites us to root deeply while reaching wide. The front knee bends with intention, the back leg grounds us in stability, and the arms extend in opposite directions, reminding us that strength and openness can exist at the same time.

This pose builds strength, stamina, and focus while encouraging a calm, steady breath even when the legs begin to shake.

On the mat, Warrior II teaches us to stay present in effort. Off the mat, it reminds us that clarity, courage, and balance come from standing firmly in who we are.
