A little update from the studio 🫀
With construction moving in and out of the building and some temporary interruptions to heat, water, and electricity, classes will be a bit hit or miss as the project wraps up. Thank you for your patience as we move through this final stretch. We’re still here, just a little quieter for now, so keep an eye out for updates.
Behind the scenes, we’re preparing for what’s next… and it feels really good ✨
New classes are coming for spring and summer:
Pulse 45
A 45 minute flow designed to be efficient and energizing. A quick warm up, intentional movement, and a short cool down so you can get in, move, and get on with your day feeling grounded and clear.
Pulse Sculpt
A 60 minute flow that blends yoga with light weights and sculpt work. Expect controlled movement, added resistance, and a steady pace that builds strength while staying rooted in breath.
Mat Pilates
A low impact, core focused class designed to strengthen, lengthen, and support the body. Thoughtful, precise movement that builds stability from the inside out.
We’ll also be rolling out on demand classes, available directly through the Momence app, so you can stay connected to your practice wherever you are.
