Feeling a bit stiff in the neck?
It's a pretty common problem. So here's an easy pose you can try at home that should loosen you right up!
It's called the Sphinx Pose:
1. Lie flat on your belly with your elbows under your shoulders, pressing into your palms and forearms.
2. Tighten your lower back, buttocks, and thighs to give you support as you lift your head and upper torso.
3. Look straight ahead and make sure to lengthen your spine.
4. Hold for 2 minutes.
