Extraordinary Impressions is a program designed to recognize team members who go above and beyond to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our members and one another.
We are pleased to recognize our March Extraordinary Impressions recipient, Sophia Mackall.

For the past seven years, Sophia has served as a Housekeeper within our Environmental Services department. She has received multiple nominations highlighting her consistent dedication to exceeding expectations—encouraging members to stay engaged, fostering connection during daily moments, and bringing a sense of joy, even on more challenging days.
