Overthinking can trap you in a cycle of worry and self-doubt, making it hard to take action or find peace of mind. It often leads to unnecessary stress, anxiety, and exhaustion by focusing too much on “what ifs” instead of what’s actually happening. Over time, this mental strain can affect both emotional and physical health, disrupting sleep, mood, and concentration.
