There’s a common belief that therapy is only for crisis.

In reality, therapy can be beneficial at any age and in any season of life. Children learn emotional language. Teens develop identity and regulation skills. Adults navigate relationships, stress, transitions, and growth. Older adults reflect, adjust, and integrate decades of experience.
