The right kinda food can be life changing

A 3 hour long TSA line will undoubtedly lead to a V long day of travel and V long days of travel lead to lots of emotions

You’ll be tired and your brain will be tired 😫

Nourishing and fueling yourself well will help mitigate some of your frustration by providing you energy, balancing blood sugar (which can *easily* lead to difficult mood swings), and balancing some really important hormones!
