Botox and filler are different. Botox doesn’t puff up a face, it simply relaxes muscles around specific wrinkles. With filler, less is more. You won’t hear that anywhere else, because it’s not profitable. But it’s true. Filler can look unnatural if an injector uses a heavy hand and pushes in too much at one time. That’s why you need to stick with me. I use small volumes of filler and carefully place it into targeted areas, to get you a better, natural result. Filler is amazing and I have it in my own face. It just needs to be used in small quantities.

Watch what happens when I apply an infrared light over my forehead. You can see how many veins, lay directly under the skin. And these are just the visible veins! There are many more veins that are too small to see. So consequently, even though I use ice, I’m not heavy handed and use the smallest needles possible, patients can bruise anytime a needle penetrates the skin. So it’s very important to plan your Botox, microneedling and dermal fillers accordingly. Bruising happens. 😭It is not ideal, I have experienced it myself. 🫣 But, if you plan accordingly and don’t have any major events coming up…then if you happen to get a bruise, then no big deal. It will go away with time. I promise, all will be well.

3 weeks post Lumecca IPL, my chest looks less spotty and sun damaged. I’ll plan to do one more treatment to fine tune my results, but I definitely see improvement after just 1 🥰. Lumecca is amazing!

If you’re on the fence, I definitely say that the lip flip is worth a try. For most people, the pro’s outweigh the cons, making it a great add-on treatment for your next appointment!
