I am summoning the courage to go to a party of my husband’s friends as I am half way through that nasty skin cancer prevention treatment. I look like I’ve had the worst peely scratchy itchy painful splotchy sunburn ever. Here’s a picture of my bracelet for tonight. No face shots. Wish me luck.

I'm taking a moment to put a check in the mail to my local town foodshelf. The appeal came on Front Porch Forum. The endless "to do list" sometimes obscures the focus on writing the check. So stop, go write a check, and help feed neighbors.

FITNESS PARTNER WANTED for weekly semi-private workout! Reach out for more details. This would be Zoom-based on Monday mornings at 8:30 or 8:45 to partner with a terrific, fit, 50 year old woman who likes a full-body strength training with a good stretch at the end. Exact fitness level not important as each person works at their level.
