We’re excited to welcome Graham Martin, PA-C, to Carolina NeuroSurgery & Spine Associates!

Graham earned both his undergraduate degree and Master of Physician Assistant Studies from Wingate University, completing his clinical rotations in the Charlotte area. His passion for medicine began after tearing his ACL in high school and experiencing firsthand the recovery process that inspired him to help others return to the activities they love.

As a provider, Graham takes a goal-oriented, patient-specific approach to care—focusing on each patient’s unique goals and circumstances to guide shared decision-making. He is especially drawn to minimally invasive procedures and the ever-evolving field of neurosurgery.

Originally from Morganton, NC, Graham enjoys playing golf, watching football, and exploring new restaurants and coffee shops around Charlotte with his fiancée and their newly adopted dog.

Welcome to the CNSA team, Graham! We’re glad you’re here. 💙

Today, we proudly honor the men and women who have served our country.

At CNSA, we are grateful for the veterans within our own organization and for teammates who go above and beyond to support them.

Our Greensboro team recently joined the Triad Honor Flight initiative, writing heartfelt letters of gratitude that will be hand-delivered to veterans traveling to Washington, D.C. to visit the memorials in their honor this spring.

A special thank you to Paula Perzee for leading this effort and to everyone who participated in writing letters of appreciation. Your compassion reflects the heart of our mission: serving others with respect, gratitude, and care.

This week, we’re celebrating the essential role Radiologic Technologists play in patient care. Behind every diagnostic image and surgical procedure is a skilled professional who brings precision, focus, and compassion to their work, helping physicians make critical decisions and patients find answers. ✨

Our Radiologic Technologists are an integral part of the care team. From adjusting c-arm fluoroscopic equipment during spine procedures to ensuring accurate imaging and patient safety, they help make advanced care possible every day. Their expertise supports the success of our neurosurgeons, physiatrists, and physician assistants and, most importantly, the healing of our patients.

As we honor the incredible work of these professionals, we’re also looking to welcome another to our team. We’re hiring a Full-Time Radiologic Technologist to join us at the Carolina Center for Specialty Surgery (CCSS) in Charlotte. If you’re ARRT registered, have 2+ years of OR experience, and want to work in a collaborative, patient-focused environment, we’d love to hear from you!
