Welcome Tammy Weitzman to Tolpa Holistic Health! Tammy is our counselor/psychotherapist focusing on family, individual, and grief counseling. A note from Tammy: My practice exclusively serves individuals who are experiencing anxiety, depression
chronic pain, illness grief and loss, by providing effective research-based methods to
help clients make changes and feel better.
Compassion and integrity are at the very core of my practice. Honoring the unique path
of everyone I work with. My focus is to create a comfortable and safe environment. I am
a Licensed Clinical Social Worker specializing in Grief/Loss, Anxiety, Depression and
Trauma. I enjoy drawing from evidence-based practices such as: CBT, DBT, Behavioral
Activation and trauma informed practice. I enjoy working with individuals as well as
couples and families. A recognized leader for 20 years in the field of oncology, I have
worked previously in mental health in large cancer hospitals in both Canada and the

Welcome Dr. Migdadi one of the co owners of our Southpark Office! Born and raised in Oak Creek, WI, just south of Milwaukee, Dr. Ahmed Migdadi’s journey to becoming a leading chiropractor was shaped by his athletic background in soccer, basketball, and football. His passion for human anatomy and performance inspired him to earn a Bachelor’s degree in Biochemistry from the University of Wisconsin–Milwaukee.

He went on to complete his Doctor of Chiropractic degree at the National University of Health Sciences in Lombard, IL. During his four years of training, Dr. Migdadi developed a patient-centered approach, combining advanced clinical skills with highly personalized treatment plans. His care protocols include spinal and extremity manipulation, advanced rehabilitation exercises, targeted nutrition counseling, and Kinesio Taping.

One of Dr. Migdadi’s primary specialties is the treatment of chronic headaches and migraines. He provides effective, non-invasive care for patients of all ages—infants, children, adults, and seniors—helping them find relief and improve their quality of life.
