Come join our community of women crushing a core-focused workout each week in Freedom Park(Charlotte, NC) from 6:30-7:30pm. These bootcamps are for women of all ages, fitness levels, working to reach any and every goal. Smoothies!

Here is a guide for you to create your own smoothie. Whether you are making one for a snack or meal, this can be the guideline for you. If a smoothie is your meal, increase your protein intake and overall nutrients.

1. Protein 
Collagen is a great option. You can find it at Perfect Supplements and use code TRULYNOURISHED10 for 10% off (link found in bio). Whey protein (grass-fed preferably) is another great option. As always, check the ingredients. 

2. Fruit 
Go for frozen fruit so you don’t have to add ice and worry about the fruit going bad.

3. Liquid
Instead of water, use milk to increase the nutrients in your smoothie. For bonus points, combine milk and coconut water for nutrients and extra electrolytes!
