✨ Massage Therapist Opportunity – Part-Time to Start (No Franchise Burnout Here) ✨ Charlotte, NC
Hi everyone! I’m a solo massage therapist and practice owner, and my client load has officially outgrown me. I’m looking to bring on one great massage therapist to join my practice in a part-time role that can grow into full-time if desired.
To be upfront: this position would start at 1–2 days per week, with the opportunity to build more as you develop relationships with clients.
👉 Wednesdays and Saturdays are currently available, and those days can be worked at any desired time. Other days may be flexible depending on scheduling.
I already have a small group of clients ready and waiting to get on the table with a new therapist. Once we get started with a day or two, I’ll actively begin marketing and helping you build a larger clientele — or, if part-time is your preference, you’re welcome to stay there.
Pay: Starting at $45/hour
Job Type: Part-time to start, potential for full-time
Work Environment: In-person, calm, supportive, and client-centered

What I’m looking for:
• Valid state massage license
• Strong anatomy and pain management knowledge
• Deep tissue experience preferred (relaxation mixed in)
• Reliable, communicative, and compassionate
• Someone who values client relationships and long-term care

• Keeping the treatment room tidy
• Showing up consistently and professionally
