Most of the healing happens where we cannot see with our eyes. There are mental, emotional and spiritual aspects to healing.

I started taking classes involving healing in an effort to understand and test out if this stuff was real. It is, 7 years later I'm still convinced that this is the missing piece to understanding how we feel and what can be done to help.

In the healing sessions I hold, for people, their pets, and the places they love, I combine several of the techniques the classes have taught me along with some of the tools I've learned.

For people, I've created a 4 session program, Heal From Within, which allows us to focus on a particular issue or situation and work to remove the energy and components involved.

Healing from Within utilizes Medical Intuitive practices to diagnose the areas then brings in the combination of energy healing to remove and transmute the energy contributing to the symptoms.

Trusting when you can't feel the magic...

My oh my, this summer was a tough one as one of my favorite activities is having a magical day lead by intuition. Where to go, what to do and almost always a surprise for me somewhere.

This year, June to November, its like things went silent. I started questioning everything. I wondered what I was doing wrong. Where did everyone on my spirit team go?

When there is a dark night of the soul, a lesson, a storm sometimes it is hard to hold on to the path or what you know to be true. And this is why I heard lean into the storm.

Lean into the storm means I stand firm knowing what I know to be true but also using my resources and trusted friends to help me do so. It can be hard to see what we need to during these times.

So I've been meditating to understand what I need to do to welcome in the year of the horse...here is what I am doing. If it resonates with you, let me know.

Place something red down to set your altar on February 16th, I’m using a red fabric napkin.

Then using 3 separate pieces of paper…
1. Something you love
2. Something you want to leave behind
3. A place you want to go to


Then place any addition items you feel called to represent this year and time. I added a candle and a crystal.
Leave in place through February 21st.

You have cleansed and cleared, but still feel the energy of others...

This summer, I was having dinner with my friend and she glanced above my head and made a face, not the kind of face you want to see when someone is looking at you.

I knew the moment this energy arrived, but I could not shake it. There were mixed signals from my own intuition and mixed signals from others-because this energy was "hidden" with my own.

There are some energetic "things" that need next level work, let's call them extra sticky. This energy was causing me all kinds of trouble that turned my focus from energy work to physical work, nice distraction. My skin turned bright red-almost purple and at times it was a most unbelievable itch. It also felt like a magnet for even more energy of others.

In trying to appreciate the lessons, this gave me the insight to work with energy like this in the future. The questions to ask, the signals to look for, and the means to remove and transmute sticky energy in the future.
