Loss of your old self and how you identified yourself

People used to tell me how perfect my life looked...they saw a house, a yard, a job, or a clean home and thought I had my ducks all in a row.

That is not what was happening in the inside.

As I began healing and understanding who I am, who I want to be and what I wanted my life to look like it all fell apart.

Some days it is chaos especially since I reconnected and started listening to my body. Things had to slow down, I cannot take the same pressures and expectations I once breezed through. I no longer allow myself to disassociate. I cry and have tantrums more often as I am trying to understand my body and the feelings I am having.

This version is so much healthier, more authentic, and I take so much better care of myself, my body, and all of the versions of me get what they need. I no longer abandon myself, my boundaries, my needs, or attempt to people please.

There are so many ways for you to expand yourself and your understanding of the world around you.

For me, one of the most fascinating experiences was learning to hear from plants, rocks, oils, and crystals. Just like someone's body, they open up.

When I get a new crystal, I sit with it. I hold it and I ask it to share with me what it is for and how to use it. I also have this same practice with my Uttati Oils.
