We’re thrilled to announce a new program to bring to the community PWR! Moves, a Parkinson’s-specific exercise program, designed to empower residents with strength, confidence, and safer movement every day.

Every Friday morning starting at 9am.

This class focuses on:
• Balance & fall prevention
• Strength & posture
• Gait, coordination & confidence
• Neuroplasticity-based movement strategies for daily life

We’re now enrolling participants!
