[April] Our April books are officially open to new clients!

As many of you may have already heard, we have officially entered the year of the Fire Horse! Now is the ideal time to revise how we find balance between our drive for action & making time for our self care. Rest, relaxation, & recharging is very important as we adjust to this new ambitious energy, so we can make the most of the year ahead without having to navigate burnout.

I took quite a bit of time after the holidays to rest myself, so I could come back nourished, renewed, & ready to care for you all from a place of restored balance

We already have several new high tech modalities that we have been offering this year, including:

The jaw holds so much more than we realize.
Stress, memories, unspoken emotion… sometimes years of clenching & holding. The jaw doesn’t live in isolation; It speaks to the hips, throat, & womb. When one area softens, the rest of the body often follows

Buccal (intraoral) myofascial release is just one of the more intimate techniques I offer. By working both externally & inside of the mouth, we’re able to access muscles that can’t be properly addressed from the outside alone. This allows for deeper release through the jaw, cheeks, & TMJ, often bringing relief to deeper places that have felt stuck for a long time

This kind of work can support:

✨TMJ discomfort
