Did you know:
Improving cardiovascular fitness can support reducing your risk of developing heart disease by increasing the efficiency of your heart, lungs, and blood vessels. The easier it is to pump blood through your body, the less taxing it is on your heart. Happy Monday! Take a second to meet another one of our WholeBod Fitness Instructors, Adam Bennett

What’s up everyone? My name is Adam Bennett and I am a certified exercise physiologist and personal trainer from Charlotte, NC! I went to UNC Charlotte and graduated with a degree in Exercise Science and a minor in Biology. Now I am completing two Master’s programs through Liberty University in exercise science: fitness and wellness and Clinical Human Performance.

My favorite quote is by Albert Einstein and it is “Try not to become a man of success, but rather try to become a man of value”

What I love about fitness is the community aspect, how you can learn something new about it every day (as I try to do), and how it can turn a bad day into a better one by changing your mood!

The parts of fitness that I enjoy the most and specialize in are resistance training, mobility training, and currently searching for information on corrective exercise to help people become more pain free!
