I work on meeting my clients where they are. Therapy is a process and takes time. Thanks for your trust in me. I treat my clients like to be treated with dignity and respect. They all have some amazing strengths within them. Most have endured a lot of past trauma and abuse which changes someone’s life . With therapy and consistency trauma can be healed.

Introducing a new journey in addition to my number one passion and commitment. Extremely thankful for reaching my goal of being a therapist after 30 years in the social work field. Been sick all week with no voice. Today I decided to make a lasagna for dinner. It was so good. I added ricotta cheese and creamy Mazorella cheese. Layered it and baked it for 40 minutes at 350. Cooking can help reduce your stress and anxiety. Try it ! -cooking

I just heard this quote “ if you want to be the best you have to put in the time”. Just wanted to share that with you. Think about it and put in more time in whatever is important to you and what you Love. I Love being a mental health therapist and helping people. I continue to put in the time to attend more trainings and continue on learning to attain more skills. I feel so privileged that my clients give me the opportunity and trust to work with them . They are all amazing individuals. Focus on what you Love and care about. Reflecting on things today as I have been sick with the flu and no voice! -you-Love.
