We try not to eat a lot of sweets but when you find a peanut butter and chocolate no bake recipe and make it clean it’s a win! These are organic, dark chocolate peanut butter bars made with extra virgin olive oil and so easy and quick. This recipe is going to be in the next book, coming soon, and the refill packs for those that already have a cookbook. 💚

Pretty easy and quick dinner tonight. Not counting the sourdough, dinner took less than 30 minutes to prep and cook. Pistachio crusted salmon with baked sweet potatoes and sourdough bread with Tuscan olive oil.
