I want to thank for your amazing space to hold our first Sensual Self Care & for being an amazing partner in this creative journey. Working with these ladies to bring such a special space together for other women to release & recenter was truly such a beautiful gift!

To each woman that came out to reconnect with their body & emotions while releasing what was no longer serving them, I'm incredibly grateful & inspired by your dedication to yourselves & the power in everyone's vulnerability. Juaquina & I gave birth to this, & y'all gave it life!

There were women of all walks of life who could find aspects of themselves in the other women around them.
You’re not an outsider; you simply haven’t met people who accept you for who you are or found places that do the same.
I want sensitive, spiritually led, powerful, silly women to know you're not alone in this world!
I want women to remember that to be a woman is not a curse - it's a divine, wonderful, powerfully complex gift.
Your body is not broken. It feels. It bleeds. It sheds. It carries the cycle of life. It loves. It cries. It communicates to you in intuitive whispers. It carries wisdom, tragedies, & everything in between. You're human! You're a woman!
To be emotional is not a curse. Once harnessed & understood, feeling deeply is a gift.
And we must remember that to feel deeply means to feel it ALL deeply: pain, pleasure, joy, grief, love, hurt, sadness, happiness, etc.
Find others who appreciate this gift within us & support us while we also learn to appreciate it ourselves.
To feel it all means you're no longer numb to it.
You're safe to be in your body!
To feel it all means you're connected to your physical body experiencing the present moment.
That's what it is to be human. To feel it is to face it.
Sink your roots into people, places, & things that honor & protect this sacredness within you, because that's what you need & deserve.
Finding these spaces & faces allows you to show up fully & be accepted fully, creating safe healing for you & the community you find yourself in.

Today's animal friend didn't come from a shuffle; it came from Mother Nature herself while I was getting a little full moon time in earrrrly this morning. I heard 3 "hoots". RECEIVED!

As December & all its chills roll in... I've been reflecting on all November had to share🌬️🍂🥶🪾

So many are being called to the root - Clear out the "root" of certain narratives & beliefs.
The root can be associated with "the family you come from".
What did we learn from our families that no longer resonates with who we are now?
An assessment of our "foundations" - what are they made of?
What parts are strong & true?
What parts need to be removed & repaired?
Familial or Ancestral narratives/beliefs/traumas/wounds
So many are being called to the sacral - Listen to & trust your intuition while reconnecting with the joys, passions, pleasures, & creativity of yourself & life.
Inner child work
Inner teen work
Self-love habits
Having so much patience & grace with yourself
This all leads to the solar plexus because assessing these deep running beliefs & narratives will lead to having to ultimately reassess how you see yourself. What are your core values, beliefs, & narratives? Do these still resonate with who you are today & who you're becoming?
Rebirth from the "root" up!
The divine feminine is rising & tired of being quiet - she's yelling through intuitive knowing & gut feelings. For so long, women have needed or had to be in their masculine energy. In women, like my clients, recently, it's asking to lead & be gently supported by the masculine. It's asking for us to trust the flow, trust the process, trust the insight even if it isn't fully "logical", & to fully embrace all that is feminine; she is the full cycle, she is the light in the dark & the shadow in the light.
Stop trying to control it all; the perfect response, the perfect experience, the perfect delivery, etc
Just keep walking, keep trusting... & if you get tired or uneasy along the journey, sit down & rest. Because that part of the journey is just as important.
Don't get tripped up. Rest, then get up & keep walking.

The energy this past week, celebrating Halloween & welcoming November, has been LOUD!👻✨🍂

🪞Reiki Reflections🪞
Have hard conversations, especially with the people you love & care about. The results of these conversations will reveal everything you need to understand about that person & your relationship with them.
Accept reality as it is. This may be painful & uncomfortable. Give yourself time & space to grieve. The clarity that follows can be transformative.
Go deep, under all the hats you wear & masks you put on, what makes YOU happy? What do YOU like? What is YOUR passion & purpose?
When we feel like trying to control the outcome & pace of a situation, this is often when God/Universe/Source will sit us down asking us to be quite & listen. As humans, we believe we know what we are doing & can do it better... & it's at this moment we stumble over something God has arranged perfectly for us, restarting that process.
When it's feeling overwhelming, like you need to get somewhere but aren't sure where, or you know something is coming but not sure what - sit down, find silence & stillness, & go within. Ground more, journal more, meditate more, pray more... it's in these moments we're being called to a bigger picture... called to faith over fear... called to flow over control... called to let go & give it to God. This is where in silence, you can ask for your answers, clarity, & direction. Then just listen.
Don't overthink or overanalyze the message out of the signs/synchronicities you've asked for - when you see a sign or receive a message, your intuition & body knows its truth, no brain power required.
Past been creeping up? That's because we're being sent past narratives that need to be finished out & closed for good.

The Liberator has a strong optimistic nature that ensures they can carry the torch of justice & freedom forth for others to be rallied by. They don't give up & will always find a way to make inroads to the outcomes that are true, just & needed.

Happy October!🎃 It's officially spooky season!👻

But let me tell you, September was plenty spooky! It truly felt like a spiritual haunted house. Looking into mirrors trying to see what needs to be released or changed within ourselves. Triggers around every corner jumping out to see if we're standing on business or allowing it to control how we respond. Old wounds oozing out of the chaotic mists showing us we need to go a bit deeper this time with the healing.

If something from the past has resurfaced or is being highlighted, it's either here for you to completely release & choose differently or to fully acknowledge & heal; trust your discernment
333 - this period is guiding us back to ourselves; body, mind, & soul
Shedding season! If it doesn't fit who you are right now or what you're working towards, let it go - in all aspects of life
Take time to integrate the things you want to carry with you moving forward - rest & play are healing tools
Anything that is truly aligned with your soul’s purpose & passion won't ask you to sacrifice yourself
If you don't prioritize yourself, how can anyone else, including Universe - lead by example - make yourself a main priority & filter everything else through that first
Mindset is everything! The mind is a powerful storyteller, so will you keep writing yourself into the same role or break free from the "role" & do some s**t for the plot?! YOUR PLOT! You hold the pen, so don’t blame it for the role you’re playing in your own story.

A day full of closing energy. Wrapping things up. Finishing what needs to be finished so that we can move onto what's next. Endings & new beginnings. Letting go of what no longer serves us. Preparing for what does to come into its place.

🪞Reiki Reflections🪞
The solar plexus is being highlighted collectively. Releasing old, outdated, no longer true narratives, thoughts, & beliefs about ourselves.
Release perfectionism. There's no such thing as perfect & trying to attain that will only set you up for disappointment, self-sabotage, & burn out.
Release people pleasing. No amount of self-sacrifice will keep others happy or around. Honestly, humans in this day & age are almost unpleasable, so just focus on pleasing yourself!
Release having your worth tied to your productivity & how much you can endure. You're important! Your rest is important! Your health & well-being are important! These are not earned, proven, or given - they are simply yours for being human. Prioritize these over your "plate of obligations" as these are your responsibility.
Release the narrative that prioritizing one’s needs is selfish. It’s the most selfless thing you can do, especially if you are a giver, nurturer, & healer. How are you to do what you love to do for others if you aren't caring for yourself first? Who will do all that you do, if you’re sick, run down, & unable to?
Focus on filling yourself first, then give to others from your overflow. Giving from your own cup will have to drained & in a position that is unsustainable.
Sit with your inner child - what are some narratives, thoughts, & beliefs that are still being perpetuated in your adult life? Are any of these still true to you today? What needs to be let go? What could be rewritten?
Release feeling responsible for the happiness & well-being of those around you. Redirect that energy to focusing on your own happiness & well-being. Give yourself that same care & energy!
