Hey, hey Loves!

Looking back at the last month, it's giving new moon energy in the sense there was a call to 'sit in the dark' & see what the shadow had to say. There's been a call to silence, reflection, & really looking at personal cycles, which serve & which keep you stuck.
Some have continued consciously... some unconsciously.
Some have played out for months, years, maybe decades.
Some are ours... some have been passed down, generation to generation.

Sitting with these. Sitting with the self. What feels good? What doesn't?
Why are they still playing out? Why am I choosing these things, consciously or unconsciously?
What needs to change? What do I need now? How do I give that to myself?
How can I ask others to support me in this transition?

Because there is still some shedding that needs to happen. Fire Horse🔥burning away anything that was left from last year that will slow us down. There's a rebirth occurring. Spring is slowly making her way through the cold, hard ground. The outside often reflects the inside. There had to be a season of death; winter, cold, dark, sometimes harsh & painful as it's all stripped bare. It's from that bare space that we grow something; will it be the same thing that's always grown there, or will it be something new?
We have the power to choose what seed we plant.
We have the power to choose how we care for & tend that seed.
It's truly up to us what grows & blooms around us.

So be intentional. Be protective. Find thanks, gratitude, & joy wherever you can.
Transformation, transition, & rebirth can get hard, dark, & messy.
Some sacrifices may need to be made. Some temporary, others may be more permanent.
Be consistent. Show up. Spend time tending & working.
Be dedicated to what you want to grow & bloom. Find pleasure in it.
Spend your resources wisely - time, love, energy, etc.
Make yourself a priority. No one can do this part for you.
You have & hold all the power over what grows & blooms in this season.

Hey, hey loves!
It's been an intense winter. So many changes, so much to take in, & so much to let go of.
With that, it's also been a very intentional winter.
Hibernation.
Family.
Caregiving as a mom & aunt.
Shadow work.
Inner child work.
Inner teen work.
Ancestral work.
Releasing old, unaligned habits, narratives, & cycles.
Finding what is true to me & my soul.
Calling those things in & receiving them openly.
Celebrating 33 years.
Sacral, solar plexus, & throat chakras.
Allowing silence & stillness to permeate throughout my days.
Movement.
Rest.
Morning meditations & nightly reviews.
Dancing more.
Bad days.
Good days.
Hard days.
Easy days.
Anger, hurt, disappointment, betrayal, & shame.
Joy, vindication, pleasure, gratitude, & deep, expansive love.
This winter has stripped a lot of us down... RAW!
There was a purpose in this... at least from what I was shown.
Some of us needed a clearer view of who we truly are & what our purpose & gift to ourselves & this world is.
Can't see that with decades of conditioning, programming, & learned s**t all over you.

May the final chills of winter soothe our rawness.
May we carry this freshness into spring.
May we see & acknowledge this rawness & newness in our fellow human.
May spring bring a rebirth full of unity, love, & revolution; internally & externally.

I'll continue to be fully distant for the time being. As my life continues to change & flow, so will my business.

This allows me to show up for those I love while also showing up for myself & my purpose.

The last few months of the shedding snake have been intense.🐍
Miscommunications. Realignments. Allowing things to be as they are. Allowing people to be who they are.
Taking time to sit with those truths. Figuring out what I want & what is worth my energy. Letting go of what isn't.
Throat chakra upgrades.💙Asking. Telling. Speaking up. Uncovering old trauma habits that were brought to the surface.
Facing painful memories & narratives of the past. Hugs. Cuddles. Crying.
Angry. Alone. Tired. Hurt. Disgust. Shame. Guilt. Failure. Fear.
Inner teen work. Shadow work. Self-love with new loving habits & new loving coping skills.
Releasing failure & fear after it tried to take over. Coming out of the head more. Coming back to the body more.
Struggling with the dichotomy of what past versions of me thought my future would be.
Releasing those narratives. Integrating lessons, wisdom, & guidance. Showing them the duality of all that is our reality & life now.
Wife. Mom. Caregiver. Sister. Aunt. Healer. Space holder. Woman. Girl. Wild, carefree spirit. Logical thinker. Deep feeler. Distant & caring friend. Slower mornings. Busier afternoons. Many responsibilities. So much love & support around.
The things that felt as though they were an exhausting trap in my early years, are the very things that are my gifts to myself & others in this world.
This winter & shedding season, I've been shown how to protect & honor these gifts & parts of me even more deeply.🙏🏼💖🧘🏼‍♀️

I want to thank for your amazing space to hold our first Sensual Self Care & for being an amazing partner in this creative journey. Working with these ladies to bring such a special space together for other women to release & recenter was truly such a beautiful gift!

To each woman that came out to reconnect with their body & emotions while releasing what was no longer serving them, I'm incredibly grateful & inspired by your dedication to yourselves & the power in everyone's vulnerability. Juaquina & I gave birth to this, & y'all gave it life!

There were women of all walks of life who could find aspects of themselves in the other women around them.
You’re not an outsider; you simply haven’t met people who accept you for who you are or found places that do the same.
I want sensitive, spiritually led, powerful, silly women to know you're not alone in this world!
I want women to remember that to be a woman is not a curse - it's a divine, wonderful, powerfully complex gift.
Your body is not broken. It feels. It bleeds. It sheds. It carries the cycle of life. It loves. It cries. It communicates to you in intuitive whispers. It carries wisdom, tragedies, & everything in between. You're human! You're a woman!
To be emotional is not a curse. Once harnessed & understood, feeling deeply is a gift.
And we must remember that to feel deeply means to feel it ALL deeply: pain, pleasure, joy, grief, love, hurt, sadness, happiness, etc.
Find others who appreciate this gift within us & support us while we also learn to appreciate it ourselves.
To feel it all means you're no longer numb to it.
You're safe to be in your body!
To feel it all means you're connected to your physical body experiencing the present moment.
That's what it is to be human. To feel it is to face it.
Sink your roots into people, places, & things that honor & protect this sacredness within you, because that's what you need & deserve.
Finding these spaces & faces allows you to show up fully & be accepted fully, creating safe healing for you & the community you find yourself in.

Today's animal friend didn't come from a shuffle; it came from Mother Nature herself while I was getting a little full moon time in earrrrly this morning. I heard 3 "hoots". RECEIVED!

As December & all its chills roll in... I've been reflecting on all November had to share🌬️🍂🥶🪾

So many are being called to the root - Clear out the "root" of certain narratives & beliefs.
The root can be associated with "the family you come from".
What did we learn from our families that no longer resonates with who we are now?
An assessment of our "foundations" - what are they made of?
What parts are strong & true?
What parts need to be removed & repaired?
Familial or Ancestral narratives/beliefs/traumas/wounds
So many are being called to the sacral - Listen to & trust your intuition while reconnecting with the joys, passions, pleasures, & creativity of yourself & life.

Self-love habits
Having so much patience & grace with yourself
This all leads to the solar plexus because assessing these deep running beliefs & narratives will lead to having to ultimately reassess how you see yourself. What are your core values, beliefs, & narratives? Do these still resonate with who you are today & who you're becoming?
Rebirth from the "root" up!
The divine feminine is rising & tired of being quiet - she's yelling through intuitive knowing & gut feelings. For so long, women have needed or had to be in their masculine energy. In women, like my clients, recently, it's asking to lead & be gently supported by the masculine. It's asking for us to trust the flow, trust the process, trust the insight even if it isn't fully "logical", & to fully embrace all that is feminine; she is the full cycle, she is the light in the dark & the shadow in the light.
Stop trying to control it all; the perfect response, the perfect experience, the perfect delivery, etc
Just keep walking, keep trusting... & if you get tired or uneasy along the journey, sit down & rest. Because that part of the journey is just as important.
Don't get tripped up. Rest, then get up & keep walking.
